RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At WristWords, every bracelet is created to be a meaningful reminder — and we want you to love what you receive.
Because our products are small, wearable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, we stand fully behind the quality of our bracelets and take great care in every order we send out.
We also guarantee delivery for all U.S. orders, regardless of the shipping carrier. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't seem right, please reach out - we're here to help.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING
We know waiting is the hardest part — so we work hard to get your WristWords to you as quickly as possible!
All orders are processed and shipped from the United States Monday through Friday.
Processing Times
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), plus shipping time.
Please note: during launches, preorders, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing an expedited shipping option at checkout.
Shipping Times
Standard / Free U.S. Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
WristWords are wearable reminders of faith—made to be shared, gifted, and worn daily. Perfect for boutiques, gift shops, churches, ministries, schools, teams, and groups, WristWords make meaningful bulk gifts for events, outreach, retreats, and everyday encouragement.
