At WristWords, every bracelet is created to be a meaningful reminder — and we want you to love what you receive.

Because our products are small, wearable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges and no refunds will be given. That said, we stand fully behind the quality of our bracelets and take great care in every order we send out. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
